Selina is the smiling face that welcomes you the moment you walk into JBH Smiles! As our Patient Coordinator, she loves meeting new people, chatting with patients, and helping make every visit feel comfortable and enjoyable.

A true cat lover with an upbeat personality, Selina brings warmth and energy to our front desk every day. Whether she’s helping schedule appointments or answering your questions, she makes sure you feel right at home the second you arrive.

I am a Smyrna, GA, native and a proud Navy Veteran who brings dedication and compassion to my role as a dental hygienist. I find great joy in helping patients achieve healthier smiles and love the opportunity to make a difference in their oral health.

Outside of work, I am a devoted mother of two and an active participant in adult recreational sports. When I am not on the field, I embrace my role as a sports mom, cheering on my kids at their games. 

Latoya is the most dedicated dental assistant. With a passion for helping patients achieve healthy, beautiful smiles, Latoya is committed to making every visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

A true lover of life, she is often found singing around the office as karaoke is one of her favorite hobbies. She always brings a little extra joy to the workplace. Outside of the office, Latoya is all about creating memories with her loved ones at Disney World or relaxing on white sand beaches.

Combining my love for service with my passion for community, I am excited to bring my skills and enthusiasm to my patients every day.

Barb Hasenkopf, Dr. Jack's mother, brings heart, experience, and a whole lot of personality to her role as Office Manager at JBH Smiles. After dedicating 22 years to shaping young minds as a preschool and elementary school teacher, Barb has a natural gift for organization, patience, and creating a warm, welcoming environment for everyone she meets. Before her teaching career, she was a devoted stay-at-home mom—a role she now carries proudly as a loving grandmother to her granddaughter, Shiloh Groshell.

Standing at just 4’8”, Barb may be small in stature, but she is truly larger than life. Her energy, compassion, and attention to detail help keep everything running smoothly, and her presence is always felt—even on days she may not be in the office. From her thoughtfully curated decorations to her cheerful office décor, Barb adds a personal touch that brightens every patient’s visit and makes JBH Smiles feel like home.
